These Millet Puff Krispie Treats are like regular rice krispie treats, but they are better for you. They are crunchy, sweet, and full of good things for you, like dark chocolate and millet puffs.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups millet puffs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine millet puffs and dark chocolate chips
In a small saucepan, heat honey, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat until well combined and smooth
Pour the mixture over the millet puffs and chocolate chips
Stir until evenly coated
Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set
Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
