Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon
Add almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract
Stir until just combined
Gently fold in the fresh blueberries
Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat
Pour batter onto the pan to form pancakes of desired size
Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides
Repeat with remaining batter
