Pineapple Pork Kabobs

These Pineapple Pork Kabobs are great for a summer barbecue because they have a great mix of sweet and savory flavors. The marinated pork, fresh pineapple, and brightly colored vegetables make a dish that looks good and tastes great.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork loin, cubed
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

Put olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl

This will make a marinade

Put the pork cubes in a plastic bag that can be closed again and again, and pour the marinade over them

Put the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to marinate

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Putting the pineapple chunks, red bell pepper, red onion, and marinated pork on the soaked wooden skewers one after the other

Use any extra marinade to brush on the kabobs

After the grill is hot, put the kabobs on it and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning them over every so often, until the pork is cooked all the way through and the vegetables are soft and slightly charred

Enjoy the Pineapple Pork Kabobs right off the grill!
