Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol or any keto-friendly sweetener
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips optional
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F 175C
Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan or line with parchment paper
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, instant coffee, baking powder, and salt
Stir in melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined
Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if using
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly
